DuoDay at Winncare

On Thursday, 21 November, Winncare mobilized as part of the #DuoDay initiative at our Saint-Paul-Mont-Penit production site.

DuoDay is an initiative for companies to host persons with disabilities for a day of apprenticeship to discover professions of interest.

This year, we hosted Lilia to participate in a learning experience as an operator.  Lilia engaged in several activities such as preparing pieces for assembly lines and conducting tests before implementation, alongside her Winncare counterparts.

We would like to thank Lilia for choosing Winncare for her DuoDay experience and we thank our operators and our Saint-Paul-Mont-Penit site for particpating in this collaborative effort!
